Natural Action qualifying revitalization units are covered by a 10-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects and qualifying workmanship issues, subject to the complete warranty terms.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, freezing, natural disasters or other exclusions described in the warranty terms.
Natural Action also provides a 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on qualifying purchases, subject to applicable terms.
(Order and serial numbers are not required. Providing order and serial number data will help facilitate processing the registration. Most serial numbers are etched on the body of our units or on a label. Our Portable Units do not have serial numbers.)
Warranty Terms:
- Only products ordered directly from the NaturalAction.com website, our Amazon store or an authorized dealer are eligible for warranty coverage.
- Natural Action is not liable for improper installations. We recommend using license and bonded installer on all home, pool, under-sink, commercial units. Misuse or improper installation may void your warranty and possibly cause subsequent water damage at your own liability.
In no event shall Natural Action or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, incidental, direct, indirect, special and consequential damages, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this Natural Action product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
