To process a Return or Exchange, fill out and submit your RMA Exchange Form below.

If you are returning or exchanging your product, ship it back to the address below with your name and order number in and on the box along with your return confirmation number. 

We will process your request as soon as it is received.

Order and serial numbers are not required. Providing order and serial number data will help facilitate processing the RMA. Most Serial numbers are etched on the body of our units.

Warranty/RMA Notice:

Only products ordered directly from the NaturalAction.com website or an authorized dealer are eligible for warranty coverage.
Orders from Amazon and unauthorized resellers are not eligible for warranty coverage and should be returned immediately.
Customers who order from these platforms who return their items can email their receipts and proof of return to us at customerservice@naturalactiontech.com to receive compensation in the form of a discount for the inconvenience.
