Unscrew your shower head
Twist your existing shower head off the shower arm (the pipe coming out of the wall).

Attach the Shower Revitalizer
Screw the Shower Revitalizer onto the shower arm until snug.

Reattach your shower head
Screw your shower head onto the Shower Revitalizer.

Turn on the water
Run the shower briefly and check for leaks. Hand-tight is usually enough.
