Unscrew your shower head
Twist your existing shower head off the shower arm (the pipe coming out of the wall).

Screw the Shower Revitalizer onto the shower arm until snug.

Run the shower briefly and check for leaks. Hand-tight is usually enough.

LOVE my Natural Action Shower Unit!
I feel super good and super clean from the structured shower unit water. I am secure knowing I am not allowing toxins into my body while my pores are open in a hot shower, but only good is going in! We absorb up to 6 cups of water during a shower. I want it to be GOOD water. :-) Super bonus? No soap scum. Now naturally I use a toxin-free soap but still.
