Best purchase for our home, EVER!!!
Arrived in great shape!
Very pleased with my whole house unit I am excited to share it with other people.
As a flight attendant I’ve been hunting for thorough hydration for years. This unit has me giddy in the shower, doing a happy dance! Washing my hands is a joy because it feels like satin water. It softened my water and my shower feels like I’m under a soft rain. I’m so excited to finally trust what I’m putting on and in my skin. I’m breathing a sigh of relief in many ways. My bird bath would always become mildewy within a couple days of pressure washing it. As soon as my structured unit was installed I pressured washed it again and filled it with hose water. It looked like spring water and 3 days later still does! Thank you Natural Action! I’m a fan for the rest of my life. Every cell in my body and every pipe, hose, appliance and pet in my home thank you! Joe is fantastic at customer service. Way above and beyond with his friendly, quick responses. I could not be happier with this purchase. I’m excited to discover all of the benefits inside and outside of my home and self. 🌹🌹
My husband and I purchased the MR-24 at the Reawaken America Tour in the Akron, OH area back in February of 2022 as a prototype. The technology behind it was impressive and made total sense to us, as we are proponents of alternative therapies. The rep at the event, Joe, immediately won our hearts with his personal story and his sincerity. While it did take several weeks before we were able to get a plumber to install the unit, we were excited to begin enjoying all the benefits the unit affords. There was an outstanding improvement in the taste of our water, firstly. And secondly, this summer our plants are thriving and producing blooms and vegetables like never before. We can only attribute this to our revitalized water! We are confident we are receiving untold, and probably yet unrecognized, health benefits also!
And I must add that customer service is unparalleled! I felt like I pestered Joe with silly questions unmercifully, but he was kind and patient and answered anything I threw at him in a manner that I could understand.
